Led the design, development, and production of La Mer’s eCommerce digital experiences, Sephora and .DOM videos, 2024 Black Friday Cyber Monday campaign, monthly evergreen editorials, and global creator content. Oversaw the end-to-end process, including the creation and enhancement of .COM and in-store/online app experiences such as Moisturizer Finder and Skin Diagnostics tool. Managed both paid and organic social media content, as well as photo and video editing, while contributing to CRM programs and strategic digital initiatives.
Black Friday Cyber Monday Campaign
Created compelling Online and Social designs for the 2024 Single’s Day campaign where I worked with closely with the Art Director to tell the story, the CGI house to execute animation, retouchers for color for Black Friday Cyber Monday generating around 20% of yearly sales.
Skin Diagnostics Experience
Led the design in collaboration with global marketing to create the user experience of La Mer Skin Centering Analysis for in-store consultation and web version for the global markets launching 2025. I also redesigned the Ideal Skin’s center wheel in order to refresh the look and feel of the over arching concept.
